Welcome!

My name is Sunghye Cho. I am a Research Assistant Professor in the Linguistics Department and the Linguistic Data Consortium of UPenn.  I was born and raised in Seoul, South Korea, and came to the States in 2011 to start my doctoral research. I received my PhD in linguistics at UPenn and completed my postdoctoral training at LDC, UPenn.

As a linguist, my major interests are phonetics and corpus/computational linguistics, and I work on clinical speech, language change, and prosody.
